Designed by a local architect with over 150 homes built in the valley, the design and use of space is very thoughtful to its surroundings. This project was on a challenging lot in a subdivision with only a few houses and many vacant lots. We worked hard to locate windows and view corridors to future proof the original design intentions of the home. With a main floor master and a second floor master, nothing is sacrificed.
