Big Pine Drive was conceived by the developer as affordable housing option for local business owners, managers, teachers and other members of the immediate Big Sky Community who contribute the vibrancy a community needs, but who are excluded from the resort real estate market. Working with the developer, a local builder, and the Big Sky Community Housing Trust, we delivered four homes in 12 months, two of which are in a 10 year lease for market rate rentals.
