Q: What is an accessory apartment?
A: As part of the Big Sky Plan, there’s a need for affordable housing units. Accessory apartments are allowed by a conditional use permit, which we’ve obtained, up to 800 square feet. The intent of the apartment in this project is to provide an affordable living space for up to two people. Our plan has the apartment on top of it’s own garage (gets cars off street) and is sited in a way to still provide privacy for the main residence.
Q: Can I customize one of your homes?
A: Our floor plans are generally not changeable, though there are always exceptions. However, we are happy to work with you on colors and inside finishes with our interior designer.
